Vendor's Notes: Willbeme is the daughter of Kyllachy, himself the winner of G1 Nunthorpe Stakes and both the Temple Stakes and the Palace House. He went on to sire many very fast Group winning horses including Sole Power, Kachy, Twilight Son, Dragon Pulse and Arabian Gleam. As a broodmare sire he has also excelled, producing such horses as Garswood, Kings Lynn and Ornate.

On her dam side, Willbeme has an exciting mix of American bloodlines, meaning she offers a range of outcross options to breeders. She is related to multiple Group and listed winners in the US including Funny’s Approval (G2), Cheery Knight, Canadian Silver and Just In Case Jimmy.

During her 45 race career Willbeme proved herself a fast, tough filly – winning at distances from 5 to 7 furlongs and earning an official rating of 98 (Racing Post 101). She was placed in the G3 Summer Stakes and ran in the Beverley Bullet several times to great effect. She won 5 races and was placed on 13 other occasions. She retired sound.

She entered stud in 2019 and was covered by Outstrip; producing a fine colt in 2020 who was placed 4th in his only run so far as a 2yo. Trainer Mark Usher reports that the horse is a real professional and has a wonderful temperament – just like his dam.

Willbeme produced a fine colt by first season sire Sergei Prokofiev in 2022 and will be sold in foal to the Group winning son of Frankel, Without Parole (G1 St. James’s Palace winner). This mating produces a rare A+++ nick rating, meaning the resultant foal is more than likely to perform at Black-type level. In the recent Tattersalls foal sales, his 1st crop progeny averaged over 28000 Gns with a top price of 58000 Gns.

We are reducing our own breeding operations and so we have regretfully come to the decision to sell this wonderful mare, in order to give her new owners a superb opportunity with a proven mare.
